YOUth CARES formed in September 2009 to empower local youth to carry out the Concho Valley CARES Coalition mission - to eliminate substance abuse through community effort.

YOUth CARES consists of a variety of teens from both Central and Lake View High Schools.  Youth from all across the Concho Valley are invited to join us.

The National Youth Anti-Drug Media Campaign's Above the Influence website invites teens from their hometowns - and across the country - are saying.  All you have to do is click on the ATI logo above and type in your zip code (if San Angelo, please use 76901) and type in the 3 things that influence you the most - good or bad.

The top 3 communities with teh highest number of entries on the Influence Map will receive a special promotional event from the ATI team in your hometown.  The next hot city will be selected August 31st!
