E. Angelina Osornio is originally from Menard, TX and moved to San Angelo in 1998 after graduating from high school.  Angelina is a 2006 graduate of Angelo State University; she majored in Psychology and minored in Sociology. 

Angelina has over three years experience in management.  From 2001-2003, she was a Key Manger for Applebee's Grill & Bar.  Afterwards, she became the Registration Services Coordinator for all three La Esperanza Clinic locations.  She had been in the position for over a year when she accepted the Concho Valley CARES Coordinator position with ADACCV in October 2008.

Angelina has completed the Small Business Management Certificate Program with the Small Business Development Center and the Effective Employee Supervisory Certificate Program in the Continuing Studies Department at ASU.

Angelina became the Drug Free Communities Project Director in July 2011 and was officially designated by the Texas Certification Board of Addiction Professionals as a Certified Prevention Specialist in August 2011.
